Flow
Flow practice is movement framed within the rhythm of breath. Led with a spirit of overall wellbeing, this full-body Vinyasa class begins with classic sun salutations then leads into exploration of a specific pose, family of poses or region of the body. Flow (1/2) allows time to find alignment and make adjustments. It gives space to play with props and to move in and out of postures. Slow down and tune in.
Core
Looking for that perfect blend of Pilates and yoga? This is it! Strengthen, lengthen, and tone from the inside out. This hybrid practice targets in on your entire core: shoulder to shoulder; hip to hip; full circle around. Improve your posture, minimize back pain, and flow through your Vinyasa transitions like never before.

Modern Hatha
A modern bend on this ancient practice. MH brings together classical yoga asana, functional training, and mindful meditation. This practice is targeted to feel good mind, body, and soul. Through poses and movement, you will build strength and increase range of motion. Through breathwork and meditation, you will reduce stress, improve overall health, and support your pycho-emotional well being. This is the heart of practice, may you reap its rewards. Perfectly suited for beginners and athletes alike.
Align & flow
This fun creative class combines the dynamic sequencing of modern Vinyasa Flow with the static, prop-supported work of alignment-based Hatha Yoga. Typically, the first half of class will incorporate Sun Salutations, standing poses, and breath-oriented sequences. We will then shift into an Iyengar-inspired exploration of alignment, timings, and prop work.

Rebuild & Restore
Rebuild and restore from the inside out in this practice that encourages you to slow down and reconnect through stabilizing core work, strengthening yoga poses, and relaxation. Whether you’re new to yoga, easing back to your mat after some time away, or simply needing to enjoy some mellow movement, this practice will leave you feeling rejuvenated as you roll up your mat.
Postnatal-friendly. Please do not attend this class earlier than 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks if you had a caesarian birth).

yoga on the inside (YOTI)
With a strong focus on structural alignment, this practice gives students the tools to take healing into their own hands, and watch as their efforts bring deep change to all layers of their beings– physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
Props are often used to explore new ways of accessing familiar poses and to tailor each pose to the unique anatomy of the student.
As a student, you will be encouraged to turn your attention inwards during the practice, learning how to bring yourself into a more meditative state even in the face of challenge.
Healthy Backs and Happy Hips
Bothered by tight hips and lower back pain? Ready to start feeling good once and for all? This practice is designed to help you prevent and say goodbye to chronic back, hip, and neck stuff. Stretching isn’t the answer, nor is gaining stronger abs. While both can be quite beneficial, they won’t solve the underlying issues that come from a lack of functional movement and strength. Healthy Backs and Happy Hips classes are sequenced with specific yoga poses and practices known to ease discomfort and prevent injury. With great attention to alignment and technique, you will be led through cultivating balance as you strengthen and lengthen your spine, hips, groin, shoulders, and neck.

The PLayground
Welcome to The Playground… a mix of Pilates, FRC, YTU, alongside creative Yoga skills and drills to unearth and target areas of opportunity and imbalance. This weekly practice is created to increase your mobility: that means, not just gaining flexibility, but owning it with strength. As we move in new and novel ways neural pathways are laid down which improve your cognition while reducing your stress, anxiety, and depression leading to an overall improved sense of well-being. Gaining greater control of your range also means decreased pain and increased injury prevention! Practice will also include breath training (pranayama) and will close with meditation.
In the Playground, we’ll be bringing out ALL the toys; blankets, blocks, straps, resistance bands, walls, bolsters, massage balls, dowel rods, and maybe even a hammock or two.
