You have your goals… Whether it’s deepening your understanding of the practice and alignment of specific poses or it’s creating greater flexibility, strength a private session is here to serve only you.

Injuries and other limitations can make attending public classes challenging and frustrating…

The benefit of private instruction is that the practice is tailored just for you. Learning to use props and understanding modifications may be all you need to rejoin group classes.

What the heck does “feel your breath” mean anyway?

Private sessions reduce the stress and intimidation some beginners experience when attending class for the first time. Together we can cover yoga basics, breath work and create a foundation so you feel comfortable.

You’re ready to take your practice to the next level…

If you’re already an experienced yogi but want to learn certain poses, breath work or otherwise deepen your understanding of the practice, a private session is for you.

Lastly, private sessions can help when busy schedules make public classes impossible. If you can’t make it to the studio, we can come to you.
